Requests to facilitate business discussions at the first visit:

1. In order to avoid wasting either party's precious time, please make an appointment and advise appropriate contact number.
2. Please make sure to prepare data for the first meeting that clarifies your company's profile and items handled.
3. In order to ensure smooth progress during our discussions, please prepare data that clarifies the supply targets being proposed and describe their effectiveness.

Requests concerning the overall conduct of negotiations:

1. Please do not disclose information acquired through these meetings to any third party without our prior expressed permission. We also strictly manage and preserve the confidentiality of information received from suppliers and potential suppliers.
2. The development of personal relationships with suppliers or potential suppliers by those who handle procurement by our company is strictly prohibited. Our employees are strictly instructed to refuse all inducements separate from business affairs, such as dining and gifts.
