Maintenance Robot for the wings
It strips the fixing screw on an outer panel of wings automatically.
First, the controller of this system inspects the screw position through image processing, then, the gantry robot strips the screw automatically.
ATC is equipped in order to correspondent to the various types of screw.
This system leads to the accurate and perfect performance instead of human work.
The shaving work can be performed if the tooling is equipped in ATC.
It also has the function of controlling the perpendicular position against the shaped surface.
NC controlled pin table
This NC controlled pin table can fix and keep the various shaped workpiece.
It is mainly used as a jigu implement for cutting and shaving airplane parts.
Moreover, it is applicable to other purposes. A ball screw is used for pin point holder height positioning.
The type of a photograph is using 177 ball screws. By using a ball screw, positioning time is early and accuracy is stable. In case the workpiece itself has no rigidity, it became possible to acquire simply the support side demanded.
Positioning data is sent to NC controller with exclusive software from 3D CAD.
