Hamakita Plant

The search for precision cutting technology

Hamakita Plant is located in natural surroundings along the Tenryu River with the Tenryu Okumikawa National Park in the background. We specialize in precision cutting technology, such as for automotive electronic brake system (EBS) housings, pump housings for diesel engines, and carbon resin molding dies, and have produced large quantities of OEM processing parts. We analyze the optimal concept and process designs for production, and diligently search for processing technology to maximize performance under a tough environment in which quality and cost are constantly being crosschecked worldwide. We have also been striving hard to be the best in terms of quality, cost and delivery (QCD) by constantly looking for ways to improve and reinforce quality.
