EBS components impose a variety of demands ranging from those with a simple design that prioritize the cost to elaborate designs accurate to one third of a micron. Hamakita Plant has realized customer satisfaction by improving manufacturing and processing methods in accordance with needs while flexibly adopting the technology of the current era.
We also strive to meet strict cost limits through an "uncompromising selection" of cutting tools and coolant, etc. We constantly seek to shave a tenth of a second per unit off cycle times and cut costs by ¥1 per ten cutting tools as our core activity as a means of staying ahead of the competition.

The manufacture of precision dies

Ultra accurate finishing, such as "within five microns mutual tolerance for adjacent concave / convexo surfaces" , "within ten microns variance for all convexo-concave differentials", and a "seamless shape" is demanded for carbon resin molding dies manufactured at the Hamakita Plant. Surface roughness must be mirror surface quality to improve demolding.
In order to meet these requirements, we manufacture the products under optimal conditions by carefully considering the base thickness and air conditioning system as well as deliberately selecting the CAM-based programming method and processing equipment.
