Research and Development

We promote R&D under the concept of "Innovation" .

Nisshinbo Mechatronics has built up its "equipment development skills" and "engineering technology" by establishing various production systems, such as aeronautical manufacturing equipment, while its "production technology" has been accumulated through mass production of automobile components. We develop "innovative" products in anticipation of market needs ranging from single machines to the supply of turnkey manufacturing lines that utilize such know-how and skills. For example, our lineup includes unique products featuring newly developed technology, comprising our intellectual property, for manufacturing equipment to produce photovoltaic modules, which have seen a steady increase in demand. In addition, we have continued to develop products with our unique technology, such as a double light source solar simulator capable of measuring multi-joint photovoltaic cell output as well as an EL inspection equipment that enables internal defects to be visualized, and automatic quality determination.
