Nisshinbo Mechatronics establishes its maintenance support bases around the world, including Europe, the USA, and Asia, thus ensuring our customers can always manufacture their products with the utmost quality.

In case of breakdowns and troubles, our local staff with professional skills will provide prompt and diligent services by leveraging the centrally controlled information. We also offer services to meet each customer’s needs, such as telephone support services, on-demand parts supply, call-out maintenance services, and regular calibration checkups for solar simulators.

In order to fulfill our responsibility as a manufacturer, we implement a “CS First” policy to ensure our customers receive the highest quality services possible, throughout the production process from product development to maintenance.

    Simulator calibration is to adjust the irradiance level of solar simulators, in order to match the output characteristics of cells or modules with the measured values of simulators.
    Nisshinbo Mechatronics recommends regular calibration twice a year in line with the IEC standards.
